TORNA Wear Return Policy

At TORNA Wear, your satisfaction is our priority. That’s why we offer a simple and clear return policy:

Return Period

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  1. The item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags.
  2. It must be in its original packaging.
  3. You’ll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at support@tornawear.com to request a return.
  2. Once approved, we’ll send you the return instructions and the address to ship the item back within Egypt.
  3. Please note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.

Non-Returnable Items

  1. Sale items.
  2. Gift cards.
  3. Customized or personalized products.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please keep in mind it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Damaged or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.
