Return Policy – TORNA Store

- You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

- Items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in their original packaging.

- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

- Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address (within Egypt).

- Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds:
